Joshua A. Krevitt

Joshua A. Krevitt is a leading intellectual property and patent litigation attorney, serving as Co-Chair of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP's Intellectual Property Practice. His expertise spans a diverse range of high-stakes patent disputes, primarily in the technology and pharmaceutical sectors. He handles matters involving wireless devices and transmissions, ANDA litigation, LCD design and fabrication, microprocessor design, data and telecommunications hardware and software, semiconductor and integrated circuit design and fabrication, and various internet-related technologies.

Krevitt has a demonstrated record of successfully representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex patent and trade secret trials, as well as appeals before the Federal Circuit.
