Joseph Mercadante

Joseph Mercadante is a Partner at Fabricant Rubino Lambrianakos LLP (FRL), a firm specializing in high-stakes intellectual property litigation that champions patent holders against major corporations. His practice encompasses a broad range of electronics technologies, including computer hardware and software, automotive technologies, telecommunications and networking, and semiconductors. Admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars, and registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Mercadante earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2009 and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University in 2006. He previously served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Garrett E. Brown Jr. (Ret.) of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
