Joseph I. Marchese

Joseph I. Marchese is the Managing Partner of Bursor & Fisher's New York office, where he primarily focuses on complex civil litigation and consumer class actions. His practice areas are centered on representing plaintiffs in high-stakes disputes, including matters involving data privacy claims, false or misleading advertising, product defects, and violations of consumer protection statutes such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), California Invasion of Privacy Act, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
