Joseph C. Daniels

Joseph C. Daniels is a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group at Michael Best & Friedrich, based in their Denver office, having joined the firm in February 2024. Previously, he was a partner at Taft Law. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes, as well as broader commercial litigation and business tort disputes.

His patent litigation experience notably includes representing defendants. In the tracked cases, he has appeared exclusively on the defendant side in two matters, serving as both counsel and lead counsel.
