Jonathan Tad Suder

Jonathan T. Suder is a co-founder and litigation partner at Friedman, Suder & Cooke, where he has focused primarily on intellectual property litigation for plaintiffs since approximately 1998. His practice areas encompass patents and trade secrets, and he handles complex commercial litigation. The firm's patent litigation experience spans a wide array of technologies, including medical devices, consumer products, manufacturing, oil and gas, electronics, semiconductors, computer hardware, software, digital image processing, telecommunications, and wireless communications.

Mr. Suder's case involvement, including one tracked appearance as lead counsel for a plaintiff in AutoConnect Holdings LLC v. Mr. Suder earned his J.D., with honors, from The National Law Center at George Washington University in 1984, following a B.A., with honors, in Economics and Music from Tulane University in 1981. He was admitted to practice in Texas in 1984 and is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and various other federal appellate and district courts.
