John W. S.

John W. S. is a founding partner of Shaw Keller LLP in Wilmington, Delaware, where he focuses on intellectual property litigation. His practice encompasses a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, RNA/DNA analytical technologies, liquid chromatography, herbicides, e-commerce websites, and various electronics such as LED lenses, Blu-ray players, and multifunction printers. His work also extends to trade secret misappropriation and patent licensing disputes. With an undergraduate degree in Engineering Science, he began his career in the Edison Engineering Program at General Electric before pursuing law.
