John T. Polasek

John T. Polasek is a highly experienced patent litigation attorney, serving as the founding attorney of The Polasek Law Firm, PLLC. His practice encompasses a broad range of intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement, trademark infringement, and trade secret litigation. He has a history of litigating cases across numerous federal districts nationwide, including New York, Delaware, the Eastern District of Virginia, Florida, Oregon, Nebraska, Illinois, Arizona, California, and various districts in Texas.
