Jessica Perry

Jessica L. Perry is a Partner in the Intellectual Property group at Prince Lobel Tye LLP, having joined the firm in January 2026. Previously, she was an Associate at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, the firm where her single tracked patent litigation appearance occurred. Her practice primarily focuses on patent litigation, advising clients on infringement and invalidity issues, and the enforcement, licensing, and monetization of patent portfolios.

Ms. Perry specializes in a wide array of complex technologies, including semiconductor manufacturing, video streaming, medical devices, AI-driven face-recognition, software, sporting equipment, and consumer goods. While her tracked case indicates a plaintiff-side appearance, her current firm bio notes she both counsels and defends clients.
