Jeremy Tigan

Jeremy Tigan is an experienced intellectual property litigation attorney, focusing his practice primarily on patent infringement and trade secret disputes. His technology concentrations span pharmaceuticals, software, networking technology, semiconductors, and consumer products. While one tracked appearance lists him as lead counsel for a defendant at Greenberg Traurig, his extensive professional profile and numerous case appearances predominantly show his work with Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, often representing patentees in complex pharmaceutical litigation, particularly Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) cases, as well as handling defense-side matters for various clients.
