Jennifer L. Ainsworth

Jennifer L. Ainsworth is a patent litigator whose practice encompasses intellectual property disputes, commercial, tort, and energy litigation. Her patent experience covers a diverse range of technologies, including semiconductors, medical devices, software, oil and gas equipment, transmitters, clothing, and golf clubs. She is known for representing major technology and electronic manufacturing companies in patent infringement cases, particularly within the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.

Ainsworth is a shareholder at Wilson, Robertson & VanDeventer, P.C., also known as Wilson Law Firm, where she has practiced since 2001.
