Jeffrey Harty

Jeffrey Harty is a seasoned intellectual property litigator and registered patent attorney at Nyemaster Goode, P.C., where he also serves as President. His practice encompasses a broad range of IP disputes, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. With a background in industrial engineering, Mr. Harty leverages his technical understanding in cases involving diverse technologies.

Mr. Harty represents both plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property matters, indicating a balanced approach to litigation. His experience includes advocating for companies and inventors whether they are asserting their rights against alleged infringers or defending against claims of infringement.
