Jeff Eichmann

Jeff Eichmann has established a career as a high-stakes patent litigator focused exclusively on representing plaintiffs. His practice centers on asserting patent rights for inventors, entrepreneurs, and small companies against large corporate defendants. Based on past cases, his technological focus areas include wireless communications, such as location and notification technologies, as well as networking equipment like Power over Ethernet (PoE) and dynamic manufacturing methods.

Eichmann earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2003 and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
