Jay Wilcoxson

Jay Wilcoxson is an experienced in-house counsel specializing in intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution. As Counsel within the Office of the General Counsel at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) since August 2007, his responsibilities include managing the Institute's involvement in litigation, providing advice on intellectual property and technology transfer matters, and assisting with patent and license litigation. His practice at MIT focuses on defending the institution's intellectual property interests.
