Jason R. Linger: Patent and IP Litigator

Jason R. Linger is an intellectual property litigator and registered patent attorney at Glaser Weil Fink Howard Jordan & Shapiro LLP, where he is currently an associate. His practice covers a range of IP disputes, including patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation. While his firm's IP group handles matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, Linger's sole tracked patent case was on behalf of a patent-holding company.

The tracked case, Orthosie Systems, LLC v. Track Your Truck, Inc., involves a patent for vehicle monitoring technology. Orthosie Systems has been identified in litigation intelligence reports as a non-practicing entity (NPE) that has asserted this patent against numerous companies in the telematics and fleet-tracking industry.
