James M. Wodarski

James M. Wodarski is a Member in the Intellectual Property Division at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, where he concentrates on patent and other intellectual property litigation. His practice covers a wide range of complex technologies, including semiconductors, telecommunications infrastructure, processors, LED lighting systems, medical devices, and digital imaging software. Wodarski is particularly recognized for his work with Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) and FRAND licensing issues. He has over 25 years of experience litigating in various forums, including U.S. federal district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Based on publicly available case information, Wodarski represents both plaintiffs and defendants. The single tracked case lists him representing the plaintiff, Luxottica, in an enforcement action. His broader experience includes representing patent owners in monetization campaigns, such as securing a $150 million settlement for Nanoco Technologies against Samsung and representing Netlist, Inc. in an enforcement action.
