James C. Yoon

James C. Yoon is a highly experienced patent litigator and IP strategist at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he leads the patent trial and litigation practice. With over 25 years of experience, he has litigated more than 200 patent cases across federal courts, state courts, and the International Trade Commission, and has also handled major disputes in arbitration. His technical background as an electrical engineer for General Motors Corporation informs his practice.
