Jacob W. Young

Jacob W. Young is an intellectual property litigation attorney at Alston & Bird, where his practice focuses on patent disputes for technology-driven companies. He possesses a technical background in chemistry and biochemistry, which informs his handling of complex technologies. His litigation experience spans federal district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
