Jacob L. Peterson

Jacob L. Peterson is a patent litigation partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, specializing in intellectual property disputes across federal courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and the US International Trade Commission (ITC). His practice primarily focuses on technology areas such as consumer products, medical devices, and robotics. Mr. Peterson earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of California, Davis in 2011. He also holds dual undergraduate degrees, a B.E.E. in electrical engineering and a B.S.B. in accounting, both with high distinction, from the University of Minnesota (2007). He is admitted to practice in California, Washington, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
