Jacob A. Snodgrass

Jacob A. Snodgrass is a patent litigation attorney with a focus on a diverse range of technologies, leveraging his background in mechanical engineering. His practice encompasses sophisticated technical areas including medical devices, office equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, mobile telecommunications, and power tools. Notably, he was lead counsel for the defendant in REC Solar Holdings AS et al. v. Maxeon Solar Pte Ltd., a case involving advanced solar cell technology, including TOPCon, foundational solar cell structure, and photovoltaic cell configurations.
