Isaac P. Rabicoff

Isaac P. Rabicoff is a patent litigator and the founder of Rabicoff Law LLC. His practice focuses exclusively on representing patent holders in infringement litigation, often involving high-volume filing strategies on behalf of non-practicing entities (NPEs). Based on the single tracked case where he represents the plaintiff, ContentNexus LLC v. Rakuten Group Inc., and broader reporting, his work is concentrated on asserting patents against companies in the technology sector. In 2017, his firm was recognized by Lex Machina as one of the most active in patent litigation, and other reports identified Mr. Rabicoff himself as one of the most active attorneys representing plaintiffs in more recent years.
