Halima Shukri Ndai

Halima Shukri Ndai is a patent litigator with experience defending and prosecuting intellectual property disputes across a range of technologies. Her practice areas have included software, gaming, and cybersecurity, as evidenced by her involvement in cases such as AG 18, LLC v. DRAFTKINGS INC., which concerned patents related to location-based restrictions on networked gaming and online wagering, and Skysong Innovations, LLC v. CrowdStrike, Inc. et al., involving cybersecurity patents related to predicting software vulnerability exploitation.
