Greg Gardella

Greg H. Gardella is the Managing Principal of Gardella Alciati, specializing in patent and trade secret litigation, post-grant proceedings, and patent procurement. He is recognized as a national expert in post-grant proceedings, a practice area he spearheads at his firm. His technical background includes dual degrees in electrical and mechanical engineering, enabling him to handle a broad range of technologies such as DNA detection and sequencing, biotechnology, medical devices, semiconductor fabrication, computer architecture, wireless telecommunications, and software. He also counsels clients in the life sciences and technology sectors.

Mr. Gardella has experience representing both patent owners and challengers.
