Gerard O'Rourke

Gerard O'Rourke is a seasoned intellectual property litigator and a registered patent attorney at O'Kelly & O'Rourke, LLC. His practice encompasses intellectual property litigation, counseling, and patent procurement, extending across a diverse array of technical fields including consumer electronics, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and specialty chemicals.
