Emily Nicole Weber is an intellectual property litigator specializing in technology-related disputes, with a particular focus on patent infringement defense. Her practice primarily involves representing defendants, including major operating companies, in complex patent cases.

During her tenure as an associate at Desmarais LLP and currently at Goodwin, Ms. Weber has handled matters across various technology sectors, including telecommunications, networking, and wearable technology. Her experience includes defending large telecommunications and communications companies against patent assertion entities. Notable engagements include her involvement in cases such as Quicker Connections LLC v. Cisco Systems, Inc. and Dynamic Mesh Networks, Inc. et al. v. Cisco Systems, Inc.
