She also achieved favorable settlements on the eve of trial in cases such as Garrity Power Services v. Samsung, concerning two-way wireless charging, and Polaris PowerLED Technologies, LLC v. Samsung Electronics Ltd., involving automatic brightness control technology in mobile phones and televisions. In Dell Technologies Inc. v. VideoLabs, Inc., she successfully defeated IPR petitions at the institution stage before reaching a favorable settlement. She has also represented complainants, including Rovi Corporation, in ITC investigations involving interactive program guide and parental control technology.

Ms. Day earned her Juris Doctor and an MBA from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Dartmouth College. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, among other federal courts.
