Elisabeth S. Muirhead

Elisabeth S. Muirhead is a patent litigation Partner at Merchant & Gould, where her practice encompasses patent litigation, intellectual property counseling, and appellate work. With a technical background in biology and chemistry, Ms. Muirhead advises clients across a range of industries, including medical devices, consumer products, food & beverage, and manufacturing. She also handles matters involving copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and related contract issues, and represents clients before the International Trade Commission (ITC).
