Mr. Reines possesses significant experience in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings and other Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) matters. He was admitted to the State Bar of California on December 7, 1988. He earned his B.S. from SUNY Albany in 1985 and his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1988.
