Drew Bennett Hollander

Drew Bennett Hollander is a founding partner at B.C. Law Group, P.C., where his practice centers on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, with a strong focus on high-value patent enforcement. His experience spans patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, securities fraud, and other business torts. While specific technology areas are broad, his firm emphasizes success across a wide variety of technologies and industries.

Hollander's practice appears primarily on the plaintiff's side, consistent with the firm's focus on "patent enforcement" and a track record of achieving over $2 billion in patent infringement verdicts, judgments, and settlements. He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2014 and was admitted to legal practice in 2015. He is admitted to practice in several U.S. District Courts, including the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Eastern District of Michigan, and the District of Colorado, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
