David R. Jaglowski

David R. Jaglowski is a registered patent attorney at Thompson Hine LLP, focusing his practice on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including patent, copyright, and internet technology issues. His patent litigation practice involves counseling clients on managing, protecting, and growing their IP assets, encompassing patent infringement litigation, patent preparation and prosecution (both foreign and domestic), and the preparation of freedom-to-operate, non-infringement, and invalidity opinions.

Jaglowski’s experience extends to various technology areas, informed by his background in civil and environmental engineering.
