David L. Bilsker

David L. Bilsker is a highly accomplished first-chair trial attorney specializing in complex patent, copyright, trade secret, and antitrust litigation, with a particular focus on the biotechnology sector where he co-chairs his firm's practice. His extensive experience spans diverse technology areas, including biotechnology (e.g., DNA sequencing, gene knockouts, diagnostic assays), medical devices, semiconductor process and inspection equipment, electronics, and optics.
