His appellate experience also includes prevailing in multiple Federal Circuit appeals concerning IPR challenges.
He earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2000, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, and holds an undergraduate degree in biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) received in 1997. He was admitted to legal practice in 2000.
