Darius T. Kharabi

Darius T. Kharabi is a patent litigation attorney with Gillam & Smith, primarily focused on defending clients in complex intellectual property disputes. His practice encompasses a range of technologies, including electric vehicle charging systems and associated software, network communication, digital video recording, virtual private network software, electronic payment systems, and potentially pharmaceutical and medical devices, reflecting the diverse patent litigation experience of his firm.
