His work also includes a jury verdict for Google against patent infringement claims concerning Nest Hub devices, and a significant win for open-source development in Artifex Software, Inc. v. Hancom, Inc..

Snyder also possesses substantial experience in post-grant proceedings, having defeated seven Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs) for AstraZeneca related to its breast cancer treatment, Faslodex®. His work further includes defending a complex bet-the-company trade secrets case for JHL Biotech against Genentech, Inc., securing a preliminary injunction order that allowed JHL Biotech to continue operations.

Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1988, Snyder is also admitted to practice before various U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Ninth, and Federal Circuits, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
