Darcy Lachelle Jones is an experienced patent litigator specializing in defending operating companies against intellectual property claims. Her practice areas encompass a range of technologies, including computing, telecommunications, automotive technology, and pharmaceuticals. She has represented major technology companies in high-stakes patent and trade secret disputes.

Currently serving as Counsel at Kasowitz Benson Torres, Ms. Jones primarily focuses on defendant-side patent litigation, as evidenced by her representation of American Airlines Inc. in a patent infringement suit. Her firm history also includes work as Of Counsel at Jackson Lewis P.C.
