Corrin N. Drakulich

Corrin N. Drakulich is a first-chair trial lawyer and the Global Leader of Litigation at Fish & Richardson, specializing in complex patent and intellectual property disputes. Her practice areas primarily focus on life sciences, including pharmaceuticals (with notable experience in Hatch-Waxman cases), medical devices, and biotechnology. She also handles cases involving software, copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation.

Drakulich largely represents patent owners and plaintiffs, as evidenced by her appearances for Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and The Johns Hopkins University. Her significant outcomes include a Hatch-Waxman trial win for Exela Pharma Sciences, where the court found asserted patent claims infringed and valid. She also secured a highly favorable settlement for The Johns Hopkins University in a patent dispute against Alcon Laboratories concerning surgical methods.
