Clement S. Roberts

Clement S. Roberts is a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in San Francisco, where he is the global co-leader of the firm's Technology & Innovation Sector. His patent litigation practice covers a wide array of technologies, including artificial intelligence, medical devices, network security, consumer electronics, video games, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Orrick in 2018, Roberts was a founding partner of the IP boutique firm Durie Tangri and previously a partner at Keker & Van Nest.
