Christopher TL Douglas

Christopher TL Douglas is a highly experienced patent litigator and strategist at Alston & Bird, where he co-chairs the firm's Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Practice and co-leads the Patents Group. Douglas earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2005 and a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering, magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University in 2002. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
