Christopher Liimatainen Evans

Christopher Liimatainen Evans is a patent litigation attorney with a practice encompassing various high-technology fields. His experience includes matters related to motion-sensing technology, as seen in his representation of parties in disputes involving Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.. He also has experience with patent disputes concerning GaN LEDs and DRAM, as well as general efforts in patent licensing and litigation for universities and R&D centers. Evans demonstrates a balanced practice, having represented both plaintiff and defendant sides in tracked cases, specifically appearing for the plaintiff in CM HK Limited v. Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. et al. and for the defendant in Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. v. CM HK Limited.
