Caroline M. Walters

Caroline M. Walters is a Partner at Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg LLP, focusing her practice on intellectual property and high-stakes commercial litigation. Her experience encompasses the defense and prosecution of multi-million-dollar disputes, including contract disputes, trade secret disputes, securities fraud, and business torts. Within intellectual property, her firm is recognized for handling complex patent disputes involving highly technical issues across various industries.

Ms. Walters demonstrates a balanced practice in patent litigation, with an equal number of appearances on both the plaintiff and defendant sides in tracked cases. Notably, she has served as lead counsel for CardWare Inc. in significant plaintiff-side patent assertions, including CardWare Inc. v. Google LLC and CardWare Inc. v. Apple Inc. She also represented CardWare Inc. as lead counsel and partner on the defendant side in matters such as Unified Patents v. CardWare Inc. and Unified Patents v. CardWare Inc. et al. Her involvement in cases against Unified Patents suggests exposure to or experience with Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings, which are frequently used in challenges against asserted patents.
