Cameron P. Clark

Cameron P. Clark is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation practice group at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, where his practice encompasses patent, copyright, and trademark cases across various technologies. His technical background in microbiology complements his work, which frequently involves life sciences, including genomics, flow cytometry, and medical devices. Prior to his legal career, he served as a study director in a microbiology testing lab.

Mr. Clark maintains a balanced litigation practice, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in patent disputes. His case experience includes acting as local counsel for plaintiffs in matters such as 10x Genomics, Inc. et al. v. Vizgen, Inc. and 10x Genomics, Inc. et al. v. NanoString Technologies, Inc., and for defendants in cases like Beckman Coulter, Inc. v. Cytek Biosciences, Inc. He was also involved as local counsel for Neurent Medical Ltd in a patent dispute. Notably, Mr. Clark was part of the Morris Nichols team that defended DePuy Synthes in a patent case, earning recognition in Law360's "Legal Lions of the Week" feature. Some of the cases he has handled have also involved related Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings.

He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Penn State Law in 2019 and holds a B.S. in microbiology from Brigham Young University (2014). Mr. Clark was admitted to the Delaware bar on December 11, 2019. He has been recognized in Delaware Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for intellectual property litigation.
