Bryan A. Blumenkopf

Bryan A. Blumenkopf is an intellectual property litigator at Morrison & Foerster LLP, specializing in patent litigation and post-grant review proceedings. Leveraging his background as an engineer, he focuses on cutting-edge electronics and software systems across various technology areas, including optics, artificial intelligence (AI), mobile devices, audio systems, medical devices, wireless communications and networking, computer software, virtual reality, and interactive media.

Mr. Blumenkopf earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law, and holds an S.B. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
