Brandon LaPray

Brandon LaPray was a patent litigation attorney whose practice primarily focused on representing plaintiffs in patent assertion matters, often on behalf of non-practicing entities (NPEs) or patent assertion entities (PAEs). His case involvement suggests a focus on software, e-commerce, and business method patents, exemplified by his representation of eDekka LLC in suits related to storing and labeling information on e-commerce websites.

His career included serving as an attorney with Austin Hansley from November 2013 to March 2016, during which time he appeared as counsel for eDekka LLC in cases such as eDekka LLC v. 3Balls.com, Inc..
