Bradley D. Liddle

Bradley D. Liddle is a patent litigator with experience representing both patent owners and accused infringers across a broad range of technology areas. His practice encompasses all stages of patent litigation, including inter partes review (IPR) proceedings. With an academic background in Aerospace Engineering, Mr. Liddle's technical capabilities extend to fields such as aerospace, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, telecommunications, computer hardware and software, consumer electronics, e-commerce, and speech recognition. He also counsels clients on patent licensing, portfolio mining, patent value assessments, and acquisitions.

In his tracked appearances, Mr. Liddle has primarily represented plaintiffs in patent disputes (2 cases) and has served as lead counsel in an IPR proceeding on the defendant side (IPR2023-00038). His experience includes serving as a plaintiff attorney in cases such as LED Wafer Solutions LLC v. Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. et al.. Prior to his current firm, he also ran a multi-million dollar patent licensing company, successfully licensing dozens of companies to its portfolio, indicating significant experience in patent monetization and enforcement.

Mr. Liddle joined Cozen O'Connor as a member in July 2024. Before that, he was a partner at Skiermont Derby LLP and Carter Arnett Bennett & Perez. He is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO Registration Number 71106) and is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as several U.S. District Courts in Texas. He holds a J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University.
