Brad Caldwell

Brad Caldwell is a prominent trial lawyer and a principal at Caldwell Cassady & Curry, where he focuses primarily on high-stakes patent infringement and complex commercial litigation. His practice spans a diverse array of technologies, including digital media, telecommunications, computer networking, data security, computer imaging, medical devices, enterprise software, banking technology, displays, semiconductors, computer chips, energy, and oilfield services. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University (2000) and worked as an electrical engineer at the Central Intelligence Agency prior to his legal career. He is admitted to practice in Texas and New York state courts, various U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
