Ariana Pellegrino

Ariana Pellegrino is a patent litigation attorney with a practice focused on intellectual property disputes, particularly patents, across a range of technology areas including consumer products, software, and semiconductors. Her experience includes litigating and trying the full spectrum of intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in federal courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Pellegrino has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in patent matters. Notably, she was part of the plaintiff-side legal team that secured a $10.5 million jury verdict of willful patent infringement against ASUSTeK Computer Inc. in the Eastern District of Texas. This case, Force MOS Technology v. ASUSTek Computer, Inc. et al., involved specialized transistor technology used in integrated circuits (trench MOSFETs). She was also involved in Inag, Inc. v. Richar, LLC, a patent infringement case concerning a card-style roulette wheel, where a motion to strike an expert report was granted. Additionally, she secured a Section 337 victory for patent infringement related to truck bed cover products before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Currently, Ms. Pellegrino is a Partner in Prince Lobel's Intellectual Property and Business Litigation practice groups, having joined the firm in July 2025 as part of an expansion into Austin, Texas. Prior to her move, she was a partner at Dickinson Wright PLLC, where she served as counsel on her tracked cases. Both Prince Lobel and Dickinson Wright have capabilities in Post-Grant Proceedings before the PTAB, indicating her practice operates within firms that handle such matters.

Ms. Pellegrino earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan. She is not admitted to practice in Texas.
