Argirenia Zervos

Argirenia "Renia" Zervos is a litigation counsel at O'Melveny & Myers, based in their Washington, DC office, where she focuses on intellectual property and technology matters. Her practice broadly spans various technologies, informed by her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and her experience as a patent examiner at the USPTO. While her tracked appearances include a plaintiff-side role for General Motors in General Motors LLC v. Cerence Operating Company, O'Melveny's wider IP practice handles both offensive and defensive patent litigation for technology companies across industries such as consumer electronics, semiconductors, and telecommunications.
