Antonio Sistos

Antonio Sistos is a patent litigation attorney with Hogan Lovells US LLP, focusing on complex disputes primarily involving software and high-tech matters. He typically represents defendants in patent infringement actions. His practice includes appearances in Federal District Courts and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Sistos has defended Google LLC in prominent patent cases, including Virtamove Corp. v. Google LLC and Pointwise Ventures LLC v. Google LLC. Notably, he was part of the team representing Google LLC in IMPACT ENGINE, INC. v. GOOGLE LLC at the Federal Circuit, where the district court's rulings of invalidity under 35 U.S.C. § 101 and grants of summary judgment of non-infringement were affirmed.
