Anthony W. Brooks

Anthony W. Brooks is a patent litigation attorney and Partner at The Webb Law Firm, where his practice primarily focuses on intellectual property enforcement and patent litigation. His work spans a diverse array of technologies, including software, general technology, building materials, and consumer electronics, such as wireless earbuds as seen in Earin AB v. Audio-Technica U.S., Inc.. With all two of his tracked appearances being on the plaintiff side, Mr. Brooks demonstrates a clear focus on representing patent owners in enforcement actions.

He has achieved notable outcomes, including securing a full plaintiff's verdict in a patent infringement case involving reflective roofing material in the Eastern District of Texas. Mr. Brooks also possesses extensive experience before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), where he successfully argued for the invalidation of claims in a flooring technology patent.
