Anthony Pericolo

Anthony Pericolo is an attorney specializing in patent litigation across various federal district courts and before the International Trade Commission (ITC). His technical experience, underpinned by an electrical engineering background, spans computing hardware, software, semiconductors, mapping technologies, computer processors, and customer relationship management software. He also handles matters involving medical technology, as evidenced by his work in cases related to plasmapheresis collection systems.

Pericolo demonstrates experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in patent disputes. His tracked case history includes acting on the defendant's side for Dorsey & Whitney in Haemonetics Corporation v.
