Anna Yuan

Anna Yuan is an Of Counsel attorney at Morrison & Foerster, where her practice focuses on patent prosecution, IP due diligence, post-grant proceedings, and IP litigation support. She is a co-founder and co-chair of the firm's Life Sciences + AI patent practice. Her technical expertise spans a wide array of sophisticated technologies, including artificial intelligence, autonomous driving, blockchain, robotics, electronic devices, data analytics, virtual reality, wireless communications, network security, medical devices, diagnostics, health care, and genomics.

In her litigation practice, Ms. Yuan primarily works on the defense side, representing companies in complex patent disputes. Her single tracked appearance is as Of Counsel for the defendant, Insta360 (Arashi Vision (U.S.) LLC), in the case GoPro, Inc. v. Insta360. This aligns with her focus on electronic devices, data analytics, and virtual reality.

Ms. Yuan is active in post-grant proceedings and intellectual property litigation support, indicating experience before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
